Failed, Trying Again.

Happiest place on earth is not so happy this morning (it was happening yesterday afternoon at Santa Monica too)

For the most part Pokestop gives "failed, Trying again" message, one some Pokestop it's fine and dandy. No problem with capturing Pokemon when it appears. Logged off waited a while and moved to another location and run into the same situation.

Any advice on this? is it a bot issue, server issue or setting issue?

it's a UI error, u r still getting the 50 exp. It just means your inventory is full. To prevent this, make sure your inventory settings are set to recycle below the 350 limit.
 
Sorry what is a UI error, in the bot if it shows failed more than five times, the bot wil relog manytimes then stops
 
Confirmed, this is happening to me as well (inventory not full, 88/350 items)

Been happening since build 128, Please tell us if we should be refraining from botting if we see this or not, I did have pokestop fails on an account once a week before it was banned. Thank You!

It's still an issue on my .133 but instead of running into a chain or eight to ten or even more of "fail, Tryagain again" now it's more like four to five and the frequency of this happening with .133 is much less than before .133

But to answer your question. Yes it's still happening and I have attached a log file from this morning below.

Okay we're now aware of it and working on fixing it.

My bot now is not catching pokemons Like before
It stays open for hours without catching any
