"Failed to turnin quest at..."

Using Kicks 1-100 Alliance questing, I frequently find the bot reporting this error. The thing I want to mention the most is that, my character is standing directly in front of the quest turnin, except my character is facing away from the quest giver.

This happens every 4 or 5 quests. Is this a profile issue?

Did that, and got quite a bit further but still resulted in the same outcome, just not as many. Here's another log.
