Failed to loot in pokestop

Hi guys,

Im just new on this APP and i found a bug maybe someone could help me to fix it.
My characters goes right to pokestop but when he tried to loot pokestop i got this error message appearing.

This could mean a softban (usually switching locations that are too far from each other). Try again is 20-30 minutes if it continues.

Limited inventory, remove junk items, or unwanted items.

It's a soft ban. They can be up to 3 hrs.

I've been letting mine run with a full inventory for a few hours and never see a failed message when it does. It just shows exp and moves on which is to be expected.

Have been softbanned too, don't worry it'll fade in 30 minutes, maybe less, try relogging.

I'm doing fine after 30 minutes ^^

Softbans can be anywhere from 30mins - 24 hours.

My personal longest is 7 hours.

However you can remove a softban by spinning a pokestop 40 times.

Just leave it. Soft Bans get removed at 40 failed attempts at a lure. or 50 failed attempts of catching a pokemon. just wait like 5 minutes let it keep tryna get the pokestop and it will go away
