So my main account thats level 30+ was fine through this whole ordeal. I never got a softban on it and it was fine today. Hadn't botted on it in 4 days. Then I log on a few mins ago and I get failed to get data. Any idea if somehow because I was botting another account on the same IP that I sometimes log onto my main with when I'm using wifi triggered it? Or did niantic just get around to digging deeper and banning more people?

Only three solutions have to wait a while for you to re- let can be a perm ban your account is the last option sends a message to support pokemon go to inform you if we have no other solution banned.

The only thing I can do now is create you that or another new account and start over.

I'm sorry , but the situation is so if you need anything else I'll be happy to talk to you.

It is what it is. If it's really a perm ban I guess I'll either quit (the game as it is isn't much fun anyways) or I'll throw down some money and buy a legit pre-leveled account which I'm fine doing.
 
I have my account which is sitting in the same state, about 12 hours after the main ban wave it got banned. I have no idea how long they will keep them banned. The players data is there, if they are holding a gym, you can check on another account and still see them there.

My guess since we haven't been sent emails is they are still looking at our player data to work on a base line for a permanent ban. They obviously won't be manually banning people, so they are probably figuring out a threshold.

Or I am wrong and I will never get my one account back :P
 
Yes I originally had failed to get game data on only 1 account when the banwave hit 2 days ago. Since then 4 of my other accounts have the same error over the past 24 hours
 
I hope the devs here at bossland will have some info soon. I didn't do anything crazy on my accounts. No teleporting, no sniping, no 24/7

Damn, I did most those things and mine didn't get hit initially. But I am sitting here now creating new botted accounts :D

No that's exactly what they are doing, but since we really did bot there is little chance we don't get at least a very long term ban. Probably not gonna play for a while and if Niantic adds turn based battling and PvP I might just buy a new acct.
 
Just safely bot another account up. Anyone selling an account has probably botted it.
