Failed to get game data from the server too

New account used only with pokefarmer, 2 days and bang! 1 hour ago the message to wait 12h in the bot and any log try from the phone result in "Failed to get game data from the server".

Safest configs used, only bot for 6h day,walking etc... i only used the now disabled egg incubator option.

So im starting a new one account.

Distance to IP can't be the only reason for bans. I always use anonymous VPN for all my communications so I would be permanently banned from every game...

I got some false bans on a few games without cheating

I received "unable to retrieve game data error" today but at the same time I DIDNT receive an e-mail stating that I am Perma Banned.

So it may be a soft ban that stops the ability to hack the soft ban in game.

Update :
I can confirm that my Pokémon are still in gyms in town.

Looks like I will wait and see

Got banned yesterday too with my main account, I was using the bot. (15/8/2016).

My other account is not yet banned, I wasn't botting with it since 2-3 days ago, maybe it's a clue about why it's safe.

do they even send an email saying your perma. ban. or? (without someone trying to appeal it that is.)

Failed to get game data from the server too...

Botted only a couple of days for only 1-2 hours a day. Was level25.
No eMail, nothing.
