Is there someone who got that message error and then turn out to access again with his account?

I never thought I would get banned since I wasn't going hardcore like the other folks who are botting 24/7. Level 28 here and just got hit with that error.

I got banned but it was my own fault went to New York back to Texas in under 30 minutes of logging in lol. ohh well although I never received an email I get the cannot find data on server error. bad part is I just started butting on that account cause I manually got to level 26 and batted to 28 lol, lesson learned.

appeal it! ur friend from texas log in ur account there. problem?

I didn't receive an email though so I am a bit confused. how can I appeal with out that email?

You can try but as long as you have used Bot - even for one minute, you will be banned :|

Yup, got this message like since the past 12hours, but then i was able to access it again 10mins ago, gotta continue botting.. lolz while the rest of other 5accounts, 2 of them was permanently having this "message error" shXt or alternately getting "humble server" error since the past 4days..guess that means bye bye 4ever.. remaining 2, still "message error" or "data" error, crossing my fingers. just created the 6th account last nite, played a while with emulator and running pokefarmer side by side, still able to access it 15mins ago, guess the queue is not up to it yet, but hey i gotta give those Nianticians some work to do am i right?? I bought a lot of lucky eggs and incubators ffs! I'll keep on botting and keep them busy. Bot ftw!

if your account ever botted even once or 1 month ago and you get Failed to get game data Message then just gave up on that account,
i have try to send ban appeal many times to them, and what i got is automated reply.. my friend who play legit lv 23 and accidentaly got banned ,he sent niantic a ban appeal, and guess what? he showed me his account is back

I just got a ban today as well. Only ever had 1 account, after some pokemon started fleeing, a pokestop became unlootable and PF said to restart in 12 hours. 12 hours later, failed to get game data. Looks like im banned as well.
