Failed to get game data from the server - all info.

Hi all. Every 30 minutes there is a new topic with the title "Failed to get game data from the server".
I've searched the web on this issue:
1. This message has not yet Perm .
2. this is a temporary blocking of the account at the time of the proceedings.
3. Rare, but there have been cases unlock.
4. If you get a Perm, you receive a letter from Niantic.
5. to write it makes no sense they meet all of the templates.

Yea but i sent an appeal to pokemon go and the automated email said my account TERMINATED. So idk about this...

I really wish people would understand that when you fill out a ban appeal form you know that it is implying that YOU KNOW and have RECEIVED confirmation that your account is banned thus you will get the automated message stating that if you do not receive a response, consider your account banned/closed.

Nothing has been released from Ninatic (unless you actually received notification from them) that your account is banned yet. Just wait it out, start a new account in the mean time. We have our suspicions but for the love of baby jesus, stop these posts where the auto response form from a ban removal form is confirmation or a special gift of being banned just for you.
 
While there were no letters in the mail from Niantic, it does not user is permament blocked on. If you write in Niantic, not write in the section challenging the ban, and preside to support those that can't go in. Pretend you're fools, that you do not understand what happened and what You can punish. I apologize for the translation, I from Russia.

I just asked them why I can't log into my account and I got an automated message

5 days is pretty safe to say perma ban.
A lot of us that have had the error has had it for over 24hrs, and theres so many people reporting it happening on one account while the other is fine.
I keep seeing everyone talking about how its not a ban, and servers issues and posting this automated response email as well.
I just messaged asking why i'm unable to login as well.
 
I've gotten the same message...haven't received anything from Ninatic (I guess you do if it's permanent?) and went ahead and opened a new account and my previous username is not available (if that even means anything) well hoping for the best.
 
Dont freak out- here is what all you want to know now

If you get failed to get game data from server,it does not always mean that you are banned. There are other possibilities as well. Server may be over loaded, your IP may be blocked, Your device may be banned. Unless otherwise it's a perma ban, there are ways to get out of this issue. This guide may help you. check it out
