"Failed to get game data from the server." after use Pokeframer

Hello Pokefarmer support team .

I have issues with pokefarmer after i use the software .
Last 2 days i leave my laptop with pokefarmer overnight it stop working when i wake up and then i tried to close software and log in back to my account and it said "Failed to get game data from the server." i dont know why this happen .
After it i tried to log account to pokefarmer and it said " Try again in 12 hours and 2 hours " i waited until today but i still can not be able log in back my account .

I tried too many time with difference way like air plant on and of , sysn restart , reinstall Pokemon ..so on ..but it still not working ! "Failed to get game data from the server."
I sure i play really safety way and follow all Pokefarmer's advise .
I also sent you the log file as your request to help me . please find it on attachment file.
I believe your professional team can solve out that issues to get back my account , i miss my account so much

Yes i also update PF and log in again it is still happen with same megg .i also wait 12 hours all day yesterday and util now i log in account PF it stay try in 2 hour .
I log back my account to brand new phone today it is still said " "Failed to get game data from the server."
Please Help !!

You're banned. Not much anyone can do to help. You can try to appeal your ban and you should check your email.
 
i also appeal to poke go 2 times yesterday and i got the auto response from them . and i have not got any more email from them until now i don't think i got ban if yes they need to let me know by email or something. i play safe with speed never more than 20 km/hr
