Failed Login

Hi Guys
I have Lifetime and I have a problem using my Honorbuddy on another PC, it wont let me login.

I can use Honorbuddy no problems on my main PC but when I try to use it on my other PC I keep getting the authentiation failed message.

I can login and use Gatherbuddy without any problems on both PC's and when I log into the auth portal it shows lifetime 0/3 sessions.

any ideas why I cant login
