[SOLVED] Extremely dumb question, driving me insane

Hello, I am an old Honorbuddy user.. but haven't played since Cataclysm (barely touched MoP). Now I can't get to figure out what to do.
I have a toon that I have botted to level 15.

How do I make the bot only bot mining/herbalism (and train/upgrade when possible) without flying mounts? Like one could before? Or do I need flying mounts to make that happen?
And another question, does the 1-100 questing bot with herb/minning installed automaticly train/upgrade mining/herb?

Sorry for those dumb questions, driving me insane and I can't find information nowhere else.

EDIT: Solution
From what I have found out (and thanks to atg68's answer):
  • Questbot will not train/upgrade herb/mining automatically (even though mining those nodes are set in settings).
  • Best thing is to level to level 1-100 (or atleast untill 60 for flying mount) before starting professionbuddy with mining/herb.
  • GatherBuddy2 REQUIRES(!) flying mounts - therefore doing professions before you get flying mounts is not supported.

I really haven't - but thanks for the assumption. I have looked in the guides-forum without finding information about my situation, and after about 30 minutes of looking through the forum I still haven't found anything related to my issue.
 
I dont think the questing profile will train automatically.. best bet is to level 1-100 then go back and level mining and herbalism... one of the new features of WoW is that you can mine and herb any node at any level.. so you can basically level 1-700 in WoD zones... makes power leveling those gathering professions way easier.

Sadly, HB doesn't auto train gathering professions as it goes. I've tried to find a way since I got HB and no luck.
