Extremely disappointed

I purchased a subscription of HonorBuddy using money transfer from my bank account. After payment, I waited for a day and never received a key. I sent all my information to the HonorBuddy support and on top of the unprofessional customer service they deny the existence of my payment and after I send them the receipt, they stop responding.
