Extra Key and multiple account botting

Had a few questions firstly:

If I upgrade my 1 key session to 3 keys, could I potentially use 2 and give my brother who lives in Sweden 1 as well and we both be able to use it at the same time?

Secondly:

if for example on account 1 I didn?t bot and account 2 I used for farming and both was the same battlenet whats the chances of the account 1 being closed?
