Extending Herb/mining Checks...

I've noticed that even with Herb/Mining checked, the toons do not check mobs after death to see if they can be herb gathered or mined.

Is there any chance this could be added down the road? Or is there an addon currently that might work that someone knows about?

I think there is a plugin dunno the name but check that section and im sure youll find it
