***Notice of Account Closure***

Account Name: ***********

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Impact of Buying Gold - Services - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure.

If you believe your account was compromised, please go to the following website https://us.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html. Our support staff will assist you as soon as possible. If you are unable to access your account due to the password being changed, please visit our Login Support site here: https://us.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html

For any disputes of this action or further information on exploitive activity, please visit the Account Administration Overview and contact page here: Account Administration Overview - Battle.net Support

I did not do anything of that. I botted to 80 over 5 days while having "offline" time to make sure I did not do something 24/7. I mined for 48 hours (with a 12 hour break in between).

I am very confused, and I went for an appeal for I bought the 12 month subscription. Anyone else get anything else like this?

I read other forum posts and it seems it is from to many auctions. I posted prob 300 posts at once just with random items (not the same item) and I guess a script auto banned me. I should be able to get my self unbanned I hope.

Not from auctions my bot accounts have never posted an auction in their existence and still got the permaban then over turned then banned again a couple days later. Its not how much subscription you have. A couple people have linked RaF gametime bought with gold. I think they might be using something like that to flag accounts then ban. My account were never in the same area or doing the same thing. Last time they got banned they were on seperate computers even and got banned together. Its something they are using in certain places at certain times to just catch those bots. My guess is they are locking down on long farming trips over consecutive days or something to that effect.

But they have made some changes thats for sure. Out of the thousands of HB users only a small fraction im sure actually report their bans on here. The rest dont want to be bothered with it or simply dont care. I would assume private profiles are the best way to go right now in shorter play times more breaks in lesser populated zones. New expansion is coming with monks so you can always bank old stuff and sell lower mats for much more when it is here

If you're running the wow-sessions from the same wow folder on computer they can see that the accounts are linked so if you don't have separate fodlers for each wow-session they can ban you that way too.

Fuck this, i dno what is going on, i barely get some number of accounts - with sor and stuff like that than i get banhammer, last time got 10 bans - 4 unbanned, than i got 8 bans, 2 unbanned, now barely got 6 again, lasted 1 week and all 6 banned now...

Don't play like a robot:P

Hey, did u sell ur herbs/ores from ur main account or from vanilla?
Thou they said for me i used 3rd party software... and was using pause/idle hb relog not 24/7 ofc, so just curious

From the same bot account that I farmed on... mailing to other accounts raises suspicion even more.
But I was botting 24/4 with hb relog, loads of AH auctions and gold selling thinking I was invincible, so ;)
