This saddens me.
unfortunately... i can no longer say i feel like the support team here has the same mission and vision they once did when I originally began supporting the product back in 2010. Since then I've had my original forum name, Chris123 banned because I raged on here when I found out the lifetime keys i purchased in 2010 were no longer lifetime.
There was once a profound sense of community and helping one and other on this forum. Please don't let the disaster that is HB in 2017 taint what it once was Travis. I know its a tall order. Everyone was in high spirits when I started in Wotlk. Tony was looked up to and was what I considered one of the most helpful guys someone could wish for on this type of forum. ALWAYS going above and beyond for the little guy. It saddens me to see what is left today, a washed up shadow of what it used to be. The attitude around here seems to have become a "If you dont like, too bad" or "When its done its done, dont ask" "Can you do better? Make your own bot if you think you can" etc etc.
So in closing.. your key will always count down, you will probably be refunded if you make a stink, and never ask when, why, or how. Always be prepared for the off chance that your 30 day key becomes a 15 day key overnight the next time there is a lawsuit, and try remain positive. If you ever find yourself in need of an answer, chances are you can find one on a thread here where someone else asked the same thing and was already belittled and shut down by the once helpful HB staff.
