them coons are trying to say that they added time 20 days ago, never sent me any type of message or anything. it was to my understanding that I would have a full time refund, not 14 days?

You bought your key prior to ascendancy breakdown? if so you can't ask for a refund for this key, you can exchange it for another buddy product.

If that's a key bought after the down, just explain the case to the support.
