1st perm ban overturned to 72h then perm ban after experiment

latest buddy
plugin mount++, GatherSafe(yea got paranoid) or i wanted to see if i could get reported and who was near me),cloot etc,
did not use talented & autoequip used zygor for that and Manaview? booster edge tycoon?

really the plugins don't matter lvled the toons around +-63 not with kicks profiles, i used other and really people we have to stop reporting this like this bc w r giving them what they need. So ok kick u got the best profiles , the moment i touch it even a part of it i get banned like in 2h. my profile i used to get to +-63 got a big gap in it (65>85), so i was thinking i'm not touching kicks profiles, i'll grind, yea but that take so long, so manually grind stuff that is 4 to 5 lvls higher then me with combat bot, still no problem. hit 64 yeah going sweet but what a drag, mmm i could do some reputation with some green guys around here, yea i could do that its not one of his main profiles lets use kicks rep farm...... doing it for 2h i'm looking at my screen like a paranoid coke addict or something, never got stuck, never had to ask a quest npc twice etc, realy kickass perfect. i stop the bot open my bags start to open an item that drops other items flesh and jewels come out of it. BOOM ban.

call it a mainbot bc it has 1 lvl 90 on it, and that 90 lvled with kicks profiles and bg, but the server aszune is going downhill and did not wanted to char transfer bc i still had some revenue on it.


2nd, perm bann

same setup, and almost same story, he did a little bit of gathering for flight and riding skill put it on ah, used some for lvling jc and he was another pc and internet connection so mac and ip adres(thx honorbuddy), same pc got 6 bots running still around lvl 40 all on big servers pvp and pve. the main and this did exactly the same at the same point only 8h later, tried another rep farm from kick, watched it, he turned 66, disconnects and banned.

Both of them also had that problem with the mounts, kill something(quest id) do x steps mount, stop kill something( same quest id) still did not post the log. it stopped after x levels or was it bc i started to use mount++ from mirablis, don't know. It happens around lvl 20 to 30


I know its a wild theory, can it b that the pathing from the quest from kicks profiles are flagged? like all of them? anyone know what to do when my other 6 turn 65? if you do pm me please i'm paranoid


The success story, still have some bots around that r 90 they r gathering, ahing, grinding, questing, dungeon grinding, doing other stuff etc but i'm getting paranoid, never did before, it's always around this time i loose bots, its also around this time they r cheap to set back up , but this year is different than other years, the rules have changed, first time i got bots and mains banned because they were connected in trade or in another combination like ip (still got that one to 72h). i know, I know succestory in the ban section honorbuddy got me a brand new pc + internet connection + pays for the connection and game time for all the accounts. even my main account thats running on this old computer. o also counting 4 preorders for the next upcoming addon., would b lying to say it was honorbuddy alone..... got some high ranked pvp accounts to and only using a bot that does not move but controls the fighting.

k make it 3 down another 5? account went up in smoke just trying to prove my point, touch kicks profiles u get banned in hours, minutes, so anyone know what to do with my 5 left overs? need to cover the gap 65 to 85.... could do dungeons with them got 5 of them can i invite cross realm for dungeons???

Try running only kicks without skilling 1-600 mining/herbalism and feeding the AH, and we can talk again.


The main difference from before is, Blizz have hard narrowed the flags, needed for a ban. Noone can tell you the real truth, for obvious reasons, but the practice here on the Ban reports section is clear:

If you are with bot-like uptime (6-12 hours or more) doing bot-like behaviours (gathering, questing, pvp, etc.)on a daily basis, you get auto-flagged, and at some point get banned - even without single interaction with another account on the realm (People tested that on dead realms too!)

Im confident, your uptime without brakes is taken into account - Noone gather/quest etc for 4 or 6 hours without at least 1-2 min rest every time and then.


I play WOW since 2005, and had farmed hundreds of days, before my botting age , and still did bio or coke/food break every few hours!

So it is pretty obvious, that nowadays Bliz are trying to separate the hand and bot farming in more clever way than before.




P.S. Just got perma ban on a SOR account with lvl 90 druid gather bot, which had dodged the perma ban since 13 months! Got 2x72h in that period (Remember its a SoR account!) and still I ran it gathering Pandaria ores/herbs every day, on a 8-12h/daily a year ago, then lowered to 2x3 hours daily in the last spring banwaves, and since the summer it was up 2x2 hours every day!


I tried to stay low enough, and be profitable enough to dodge the ban in the last year!

For that purpose, geared the character from LFR with Dungeonbuddy botted, never played by hand, and tagged the top-gear world bosses every week+ Partybot looted coins in the Timeless isle (or ran som Brodies Pandaria daily quest profiles in the past)

Recently equipped the legendary cloak, after few solo trials, done with Tyrael only (Had to fully enchant/gem it after all! - noone with Legendary Cloak is ungemmed/unenchanted, indeed )


All that took me not much than 1 hour activity per week, just to randomize the character behaviours enough (In my eyes)

So in general, im happy that SOR Bot survived more than a whole year.

1 bot logs in for 2h questing and logs of then kills wow process for another one to load. they take turns, i switch them now and then so its 16h botting/ 8 bots same comp and pc, so 4h /day /1 bot. 3 down 5 to go they turned 68 this evening grinding the gap and still going. but want something different then grinding and everytime, when i load a kick profile i get kicked, just wondering, do they ban starter editions?

Can't really help you, except I flush ip everytime I switch between botting and gathering. They exist on different b.net acc, but ran on same computer.

1 main account -> Now still lvling for last 13 hrs using Kick profile.

4 bot account -> Resting now after flushing IP, ran for 12hrs prior to the above. NO GATHERBUDDY. Only AH sniping, skinning, dungeon farming for rare BOE epics and transmog, and battle pets farming.

All 5 accounts have leveled over 25+ char to 90. About 5 char each account on bot b.net acc = 20 char. My main b.net has now 8 char at 90.

All the above within the last 2 months.

Never even got a warning or suspension. But I do stick to my routine IP changing daily and in between logins. I do get a few account locked due to suspicious login in the first week, probably due to my erratic log in behaviours between sessions. But never got any since, once they got used to my login patterns.

Well all I'm saying is Kick's profiles have NEVER got any of my 28 chars banned and all within last 2 months.

The only thing that has ever gotten me banned is GatherBuddy. And any accounts you create or login under the same Battle Net, same IP all got infractions for the slightest of offence and gets monitored like a hawk.

I find it odd that you got banned on both accounts during the level 65ish mark. Maybe that is a path that is flagged.

I have leveled around 15 toons to 90 using kick's questing profiles..No ban at all. But I 100% babyshit the bot while I am sitting next to my second pc and doing other stuff. Also I don't run it more than 5-6 hours per day and I don't use the bot to make gold or sell gold. I rarely play the AH. All I do is leveling toons, gathering stuff just to feed my professions and using rotation routines on dungeons/raids with tyrael. Botting for 2 years and no ban

There's no reason to ban you if you aren't harming the game. A lot of people who complain about HB are really complaining about not being able to make money off of it

Right here ^^^^^ The people who get banned are the people who bot like they will not get caught. Im going to blame kicks profile because I was not looking at it run in a tree for 3 hours. lol, it's been mentioned over and over for a while now, when you're using a leveling profile you're suppose to monitor it due to it's high chance of glitching. I'm not sure you got that memo since you probably wasn't sitting there checking every half an hour or so. There is no perfect profile so you can't expect it to do everything for you, the only thing it can do is do it's best to get you where it was meant to.

Op: I think bots are a lot more risky to use now after that big banwave even though it was mostly PQR related seems blizzard is going ham!
