EXP Level value is not correct

By the way I am not so sure you aware of the Exp level value is is not correct.
I am currently level 31 it's required 500000 to reach Level 32 but it's only show I need 300000 that's incorrect.

The EXP value seems to be buggy, it never shows below 81%, even after just reaching level 23
