EXP / Hour doesnt work

Is EXP / Hour deactivated ?
Using the newest beta build.

all is working fine but exp / hour stays at 0.

Tony have your team considered that the bot cannot show xp/hour because people are over paragon lvl 100?
Just a thought i had today..
The reason why I think that, thats the issue is because i tried with a fresh install 2 times with same results..
