Hello, ive been looking for a profile that would farm Exilir of the Rapid mind of Exilir of Ancient knowledge, anyone has one or know wherre i can find one ? Thanks

I don't think there are any public ones. If you know how to farm it manually you could write a grinding profile (which is easy) that will do that for you.

Do you know if they are paid ones ? And if i wanted to write one how would i learn?

No paid ones as far as I know. What you can do is download an already made grind profile, understand the logic and change the locations (X,Y,Z) accordingly to your farming place... it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes
