So I entered my PIN wrong too many times and now my account is locked. How do I unlock it? When I click support, I just get this "This product comes 'as-is' without any warranty. Please check the Apache License, Version 2.0, for details." Also, how do I reset my PIN if I can't remember it?

I don't think you can. I think you need to create another account and anything on your old one is lost.

you can unlock it by writing to [email protected] or using the emailing option on the pool, add your pool username and ask for unlocking

As much as possible, contact the support team ASAP. However, creating a new account is another way; plus, it?s more convenient and will save you a lot of time and energy.

I've already given up on that account, but thanks for the help! Now I'm having syncing problems :/
