exilebuddy safe?

after reading the ban thread seems its pretty tough to use exilebuddy without getting banned? i'm looking to lvl my character while i sleep + farm gear while im sleeping after i max out. is this possible?
 
GGG are very good at picking up on the bot. So while you are sleeping, if it gets stuck or it is farming repeatedly without breaks or any host of things an unattended bot might do, there is a very real chance you will get hit. And when you do, your IP will be monitored (unless you were on a VPN) so kiss any chance of botting on your IP again goodbye.

Is it safe? As long as you aren't being reckless and derping should be fine. For what you want though, I wouldn't risk it especially at the moment when the bot is fresh after 2.0 and core changes to the bot have been made.

If you want to keep an eye on it and monitor it every once in a while, it'd be fine.

TLDR: I wouldn't leave it unmonitored for any extended period of time unless you know what you are doing. Besides that, as long as you don't do anything stupid it's fine.
 
I got 1 account banned after almost a year farming. The ban is recent. Actually last week I guess. Got another account up and running. Still no ban. None of my other account are banned. I trade all currency and such twice a day to my main account. Only the farming account get ban ;)

Usually I stop the bot about 12 hours or so for the currency trade. 5 mins later. Its back to botting lol. I run directly from my pc and ip. No vpn or anything like that.

This feels like one of those "not if you get banned again, but when you get banned again" situations. But good luck with that and may the swinging of the ban hammer be ever in your favour.
 
When you start making so much currency. Ban is not really that bad. Its only like 10ex total gear. Especially when quest plugin are updated which auto till you can farm in merciless.

I got a few account backed up in case I get another ban.
 
Do you think it is safer when you usw the maprunner plugin instead of farming only one area the whole day long?

then GGG will ban both my account? bot and non bot acc?

That'll be the safest method. But if you'll do trade between those accounts then you might be hammered as well.

Let's say you do monitor the bot and you normally play like 10 hour periods on your account on your own. If you replace those 10 hours every once in a while with 10 hour monitored botting session. Would you deem it as "safe" as any then?

I'm not exactly looking for the same as OP hence my question, i'm more so looking to take a pause every once in a while from the eternal grind xD
 
I've been botting an average of 16hrs a day since the re-release of exilebuddy. Do whatever you feel comfortable doing
