I thought it was just me, but have seen a few people having this issue recently with the latested versions.

Basically whats happening is the entire folder you install EB into, becomes unresponsive for long periods of time. I have tested with both the release and beta versions, on 3 different hard drives, and its the same issue.

When i go to rename Exilebuddy.exe to something else, the .exe takes 30-60 seconds to become responsive. The same goes for the folder itself.

This has also caused EB take an extraordinarily long time to load up. Now when i fire up EB, it take anywhere from 20 to 60 seconds for the bot to finally load when before it would take 1-3 seconds. After its loaded, everything runs perfectly fine.

I have tried fresh installs, no extra plugins installed doesnt help. If there is a log i can provide, let me know. Like i said, after EB finally loads up, it runs perfect. I just know nothing has changed on my end, and since other users are now experiencing this as well, something on the EB side has changed.

It's most likely an auth issue right now. I've asked the auth team to check the servers, but there's not much else we can do but wait.

The issue you are describing happens for the previous versions of Exilebuddy builds as well right now, so I'm 99.999% confident it's auth related. There's no way the working previous version of EB would now exhibit this behavior with no further changes, unless it was with auth.

Basically, the only changes in the last update not related to the client update was the Microsoft.Net.Compilers update, but that won't affect the EB process, and was already tested and used in a previously unreleased build, so it's not the issue. Everything else in the update was normal API updates for the client changes, and would not affect the EB process itself.

Thanks for the answer. Just wanted to make you aware of the issue, and make sure it wasnt something some of us were doing wrong.
