Exilebuddy key issue

I just purchased another key and i received an email with the new cdkey but its not showing in my session keys and its not working (invalid key) when i try to run it. If i try i believe more than 3-5 times it will kick out all my other buddies out. Can you please tell me why is this key not registered?

I dont get it, when i try to put the key which i purchased in "attach key" it says key is already claimed. Its not in my key list and the payment has been deducted too. Did i get an incorrect key?
