Is Beta recommended to be use?
As I have notice a lot of the functions and bugs fixed...

No. The beta is dev only at this point. It doesn't even have a grind bot available as its meant for devs to work on plugins and make sure they have access to everything they need.

Correct, beta is not ready for general usage yet. It's more for testing and getting a head start look at the new bot design. Beta is getting closer to being more usable, but a few things still need to be addressed and a lot of improved features are missing.

Beta is already deployed. Developers can start working on stuff using the new setup. Users can test what's there and provide some feedback, but there's no ETA on when Beta will be made Release and the old bot is totally removed.

There's no rush for that yet because the current 4 month leagues are almost at an end, and then there's a month downtime or so between the next new 4 month leagues. Users and bot interest typically drops quite a bit during this time through the end of the 4 month leagues until new content is available with the game. The ideal goal (and I think it's finally doable this time around) is to have everything setup and ready for updating for the next 4 month leagues, and have everything supported by then (maps, boss farming, etc..).

Beta is mostly usable now, it's just missing some features that were added into Release the past several months for SoTV. The biggest thing Beta needs right now, and what is being worked on, is a replacement CR setup so we don't have to list every single skill and provide conditions for each, which just is really hard to maintain and for users to customize, as you can see in Exile. There's a lot of considerations to make for that though, and even if we have to end up replicating how the old Exile was for the short term, it's still quite a bit of code to port.

so beta is usable now, even if im to dumb to programme anything?

It's "usable", but there's no real point in using it over Release yet if you are not a developer or interested in learning how to modify anything we provide. Once the default CR is a bit better, then more widespread Beta testing would be useful, but it's not at that point yet.

as soon as i can download the beta and select the area i want to grind and push the start button and it work as good as the release (working very good by the way except a some minor stuck bug, that i found a way to get a round now) i want to try it, i cant create anything on the programme but can certainly report bug i have and modify the setting already in place. id be happy to help, from a noob percpective
