Getting a lot of "Input error casting Raise Zombie at {XXX, XXX}. OutsideClientSpace
Also getting the occasional NullReferenceException with RegisterSummon.

Which leads to the bot just standing still and eventually getting killed

What resolution are you botting on?

Basically, the CR is trying to raise a zombie in a location that is outside the client clickable bounds. We'd need to adjust it to take into account smaller screen sizes I think if you're resolution is small.

Screen is FullHD 1920x1080, running it windowed on primary monitor so I'd guess it's around 1920x1050.
