I had an issue before, and Tony told me to email the support.
So I did, and they said that my username did not exist.
After I told them it did, this is what I got as a reply:
So my question is, EXCUSE ME?
Why are you talking to your customers like this?
You also still did not fix my issue; your 'new' key only has one session as where my previous key had THREE sessions. I would like to get what I paid for!
Also, like I told you before, my BuddyAuth username IS NOT BRAMPOWER.
Here is proof:
