The Warcraft client should currently be at 4.2.0.14333. The correct Honorbuddy version to use with that is 2.0.0.5024.

You need to update your WoWclient, and download the latest copy of Honorbuddy. Using Honorbuddy on older/private servers is not supported, if that's what your trying to do.
