Exclude battlegrounds

Hello!

So I just started playing WoW again after a long break and have noticed that you can now exclude up to 2 battlegrounds from the rotation when queuing for battlegrounds.

My question is simply which ones are the best to exclude, i.e. the ones that gives you the worst honor per hour?

Disable SotA and IoC because the bot has huge pathing issues there to do with the teleporters.
