Evolution Timer Not "Ironed Out"

In response to this thread that I was just about to reply to before it was closed right before I could... No, .165 does not fix the problem with any of the timers. Unless you're transferring consecutively, the timers are still way off.

Edit: It didn't state anything about timers in the changelog anyway.

Right now that seems to be the only "unsafe" bug. As in the only one that would set the bot behavior apart from the actual app's possibilities.
