everything disapearing

hello, i am currently running two bots on different accounts with two keys and one is running fine but on the other when i start it up, the marker that is me disappears and no pokemon/pokestops or gyms show up on the map. i think i have attached the log. any ideas how to fix it?

do you have separate installation folders?

nope, all i do is open the bot and get the first one running and then click the same shortcut to open another bot and go to settings and put in the other key and then when i click start i just enter the different gmail details. its worked for ages but today when i start one of the bots my pokeball disappears and no gyms or pokestops or anything show up on the map !

Are you using a proxy for the second one?
