Everyday different feelings about HB

Yesterday i've wrote a post to congratulate HB TEAM because the way they are dealing with complains and updating the bot, but didn't post the thread.


Today i went to tuanHa thread and i've read this:

tuanha: Hi @everyone,

i"ve received answer from honorbuddy team and the condition is really unfavorable if we go to buddy store.

Honorbuddy "will not give gift keys or discount options if you create new products" and "unused gift keys and all sales with gift key claims will be wiped regardless of what happens". 

Basically that mean when the product go to buddy store, all your purchased before legion will not get any benefit discount or free update...

I'm still trying persuade them for a resonnable solution and i'll let you know when i can get reply from honorbuddy team.

After all, don't worry, your purchased not simply gone. Honorbuddy still allow "you will support your old customers that bought stuff from your website, through your website."

Im very disapointed how HB Team is dealing with buddy store.

Please just show some compassion for old costumers who helped grow this "BUSINESS".

To be perfectly honest - I think that people who DIDN'T purchase Tuanha's "all routines and future release" package SHOULDN'T get a gift key. I know Tuanha will disagree, but GS did the same thing and I had no problem buying them all again. They're really good cr's.

Not only does it help support the developer, it also helps support this bot. This stuff doesn't come cheap, let alone free.

If anything, Tuanha will just have to go back to what he did before which was to use his own server and SVN.

That is really unfortunate but honestly not all that surprising. Good on Tuanha for trying to make sure people that brought the packs aren't suddenly left out in the cold.

I guess it really comes down to the writing in the store itself if I am ok with what Bossland is doing. Did it say for new purchase on the store that the product will only get updates for the expansion that it was bought in or any indication that buying the routine would get continued free update. I understand they are trying to make money and all but this feels like a play to push people to spend more money or to push people that want just CRs to go into LegionBuddy.

I know my original purchase was "All Current and All Future" this has the feeling of greed but I'd like to get more information about what's going on.
