hey buddies

well ... I had a quest in me quest log from the panda begin island and I wanted to delete it, but that wasn't possible so I created a ticket and I totaly forget about it.

and thans I got bannend for 72H/
Greetings,

Thank you for contacting our team, and our apologies for the delay.

You weren't answering my messages when I contacted you about your ticket, regarding that pandaren starting zone quest.

So I checked what your character was up to, and sadly, you were botting. Which explains why I had to apply a 72 hours suspension to your account, as stated in the mail I'm sending you. Just as a forewarning, that's the kind of strike that doesn't happen twice on an account. If we had to strike again for any use of a third party program to control your characters, we'd have to entirely close the account for good. For that reason, I obviously strongly recommend against it.

Now, about that quest. You'll see when you log back that I was able to remove it from your quest log.

Thank you again for your patience, and your understanding. Kind regards.

so yea I hope someone learned from this.

We all are humans. Mistakes shall not be judged, but learned.

This mean blizzard has logs that can confirm who is botting by Honorbuddy.

They can write server script to check logs, not need real time and ban whoever use botting but they didnot do.

The GM never said he saw him botting or just worded it in a way that we couldnt pick his way of detection out. Either way maybe the GM logged in invisible and saw what his character was doing but didnt put the word saw but left it open to think there is scripts to catch but who knows with this cat and mouse game.

By default, GMs can't see you when you're using the ticket system (there's no need usually), funny thing is he shouldn't have given away this information because it shows what their process is.

The only reason he checked you out was because you weren't replying.

What I think was happend is That he just went true me account log when he founded it weird That I didn't respond, but he is very Nice because he had deleted the quest toe me xd

And I'm not. even angry or so

You just weren't flagged AFK. Someone who isn't AFK and doesn't reply to a GM is a suspect in the first place^^

It has nothing to do with advanced busting techniques, it's just common sense :O

never bot when you create a ticket cause a gm could try to contact you in game ....while you are botting.....

yes that's true but I totaly for got it because I needed to wait 2 days!
The simple GM detection method - teleporting.
teleporting has no effect for the profile I used because when the bot wasn't in the zones it should be it would heart and if that's on CD try to fly and if it's stuck DC
I know how to write a good profile I have learned many things, but everybody makes mistakes and it's nice to see that some guys are having fun with it ^^
