Evading Mobs - no Blacklist

Using Questbot and my Toon stays at a Place where a Evading Mob is. Isnt there a Blacklist for this Kind of Mob Problem? So the Toon just stays and try to kill but, we all know, its impossible, or you have to move directly to the spot of the mob and be lucky wow let you kill this mob.
