[evade the ban] howto?

Hey,
i got a 72h suspension on my main account (account A) - (last warning), so I want to keep this account as safe as possible.
Now I've got another account on a different bnet (account B).


I play account A & B on the very same computer and internet, now my questions:

Can I be banned on account A:

1) When I only bot on account B and am NEVER simultaneously online on account A.
2) When I only bot on account B and i am simultaneously online on account A.

It's purely based on my opinion
No, I dont think you will get banned on account A even if they find and ban Account B since most of us share same Ip with roommates/family its not possible for blizzard to do it and even if they do you can appeal and say that your roomie/relative was botting and it was not you
