Anyone had this on bnet webpage login?

Never seen this before so just curious if its normal or not lol.
I mean why the decided to show all this crap once again for a pretty old account.
Is it EULA day or something, first Google now Blizz lol.

I actually got this for my botting accounts that got banned last week.
My main account hasn't had this though
