6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: I used grind bot for around 12 hours to ding 90. Then after taking level 90, I switched to BG buddy which ran for around 2 hours.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Very few

Here is the short story.
I was using Grind Bot to grind my priest's last level to 90. I started the bot around 12 am Server Time and it was unsupervised until 7 or 8 am. From then, it was supervised by me until 12pm when my priest dinged 90. Then I switched to BGbuddy which went for another 2 hours until WoW client error occured and it closed.
I relogged after 2 hours to continue botting and the account was already suspended.
So I am not sure if I was reported while grinding or doing BGs.
Edit: Considering that most of the people getting banned by using BGbuddy, I assume I was caught while botting in BG!
