You must have done something pretty wrong...

I'm also using UniversalFight and didn't got banned.. used it from 34 - 50 and during Dungeons/Raids and for Mob farming on Auroria.

Still not banned on all of my 4 Characters.. (3 of them are Labor Point twinks, afk'ing while quest plugin got them from 1-15)

I think the most problem is that 95% of users see a bot as "full-afk" compensate program. Sure, you can go afk while you run a bot / plugin, but the risk to get banned while beeing observed by a GM is pretty high then.
I'm personally using bots in the way that i don't have to do the time consuming annoying stuff like leveling twinks, finishing certain farms or doing trash and stuff in dungeons/raid - while i'm doing other stuff on the PC too and be able to get into the game again asap if i see something like a GM popping up next to me and speaking to me or getting watched by a few players who may report me as "bot".

So in my opinion it's most of the time users fault if they get banned, except some small special cases.

I was also banned using this plugin yesterday. I 100% only bot when I am at my computer monitoring it full time. I was never reported, never saw a GM, talked to any players that came around me, etc. Went to log in yeserday and was banned, I check my email and got some generic ass ban message.

I play on US servers, and I was offline for 5+ hours when I received the ban email.

It is all complete luck. The admins go out in the field and do manual banning usually before a big update like christmas or the upcoming one.
