/use Crystallized Life

/use Crystallized Water
/cast Mount Name

Don't put this macro on your mount button. Put it on your 5 minute buff. Putting it on your mount button as caused issues when it goes to detect if its mounted.

Didnt cause any problems for me when putting it on my mount button... has worked flawless

A better version

#showtooltip Mount Name
/use Crystallized Life
/use Crystallized Earth
/use Crystallized Shadow
/use Crystallized Air
/use Crystallized Fire
/use Crystallized Water
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/cast Mount Name

This will not place that annoying msg in you screen.

I always used this, but i started using a different mount, and ran out of space in the macro... :(

A cleaner version uses the item ID from wowhead instead of the full name thus reducing character length, this way the one macro can be used for water,motes etc. I am sure I have one at home, I'll see if I can post it.
