established amd fx 6100 been given sandy I5+ MB

Hey guys my budget gaming pc currently has an 6100 overclocked to 4.2. I've been given an sandy bridge I5 2400 and motherboard. Is it worth swithing them out for gaming (Arma 3, dayz, wow etc) or will I not notice any improvements.

I should mention I also run a ati 7850 2gb. And 8 gb of 1333 ram.

I should also mention I bot on this pc too but don't really have any problems as it runs 3 x wow + 3 hb, 1 x d3 + db plus 2 gw2 and 2 non buddy bots and dosent go over 40% cpu load

you would notice an improvement in wow since it is a cpu intensive... unlike other games which are gpu intensive so try it out.
