Errors with HB3 on new char

This was happening to me earlier for some reason. Not sure what the actual problem is but I fixed it by creating a new copy of HB (from the zip) and using that. I then copied a fresh CR into the routine folder. Working fine now, not sure what caused it, I think maybe a problem with my CR in the first place.

I haven't made changes to anything and it is a fresh install :/
