Hi, I'm trying to get the latest version of w7, but I can not open the bot, it's a bug, but the first was that there was no api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll file and it does not open, can anybody help me ? I already bought the bot for a week and I still can not get it to work, I already tested it on a notebook and the same problem.

restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe

You can try to download and install the DLL, directly from Microsoft. Choose the correct one for your operating system:

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
install Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center
restart
