hi
I did put BH in WOW folder and put profile in plugins file and i test it with out wow working it is work when wow work coz wow is downloading update dose that coz of error ?
i can't chose profile or hit start need help pls
 
you dont have to keep Hb on wow folder
and you dont have to keep the progiles in plugins folder

check our guides and the wiki

read the instructions and keep your folder on your desktop

in case you have problems post your log here as attachment(if any)
and/or a screenshot of the error(if any)
 
I download last V of HB and I run wow then open the BH user name there and password i have both BH and profile in desktop.
the error say B has encountered a problem..we are sorry for the inconvenience

to help improve the software you know the rest i don't have to write it down
where i get the Log to post here?

and also give us more info about your OS
 
ok post a log or a screenshot of the error IF there is no log
 
mh trying to upload pic dosn't work is there setting ?
I did click on replay and went to Attachments clicked on Manage attachments then new window open i click add file then click on my scrren shot pic and upload it then keep working but nothing upload :(
 
Run as Admin, if you don't run as admin it's dicked and it will crash every time, remember its a TEST build, but when running as ADMIN its perfect.
 
are you the admin on this pc?
are you trying to run Hb as admin?(right click on Hb exe and then pick "run as admin")
 
dose anyone know what is wrong ??
I start wow then open wow and login in chara then use the BH I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

right click on Hb exe and then "run as admin"
