we have determined that you have multiple custom classes for your current charactor class please select the one you wish to use.

cant get into the bot do make selections or changes. error comes up before im logged in to buddy.

reinstalled fresh copy tried it again 3 times and error still keeps coming up.

select recommended " class " and nothing happens.

Disable all 3rd Party classes in the store and use singular only.
With a fresh HB installation it should always come up without any crash.

edit: still showing error. even with everything disabled.


Dialogue box pops up to select singular. and it wont select. it just keeps re-opening a new dialogue box for me to select singular over and over.

I am assuming this is a program error that is being worked on and I should check back later to see if the problem on your end is fixed.

Make sure to install a fresh copy of HB into a new folder and disable all products in the store.
There is a setting or other product causing this error for you. A fresh installation should not have it.

I have installed this program 3 times today. and have " disabled" all "store" add on's or purchased or non purchased products from the store. I keep trying over and over to log in and the dialogue box keeps popping up ... like many have said on this thread. WE CANT CLICK SINGULAR... HOw do i make a thread of that? it wont let me in the program to make a log file of it. I CANT GET IN IT.

from your description there should be a log file but since you are ok now we are good
