Error

Get an error when launching stormbuddy.

Tried launching the "HeroesSwitcher_x64.exe" and "Heroes of the Storm.exe" but neither worked. I am running windows 10 even though the log says 8.1.

edit: I have ".NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x64)" installed.

edit 2: I don't have any programs from http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index...ams_that_Interfere_with_BosslandGmbH_Products running, either.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
run this tool https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
