error with visual c++

I'm trying to install visual c++ with BuddyWizard but i give me this error

i also tried to install microsoft visual C++ x86 manually on microsoft website but it doesn't work

i tried to do a windows updates on my computer but it stay at 0% and nothing happens...

i don't know what to do anymore...

help me pls

Hi, Aiefinzerb,

The BuddyWizard is outdated, and you should not be using it.

If Windows Update is reporting 0%, then indeed you have some patches that need to be applied. Your system must be completely patched (via Windows Update), before the Honorbuddy installer will work correctly. The Windows Updater sometimes gets fouled up on some people's machines. Msoft provides a tool to get it working again:

Windows Update Troubleshooter​

If no joy, you may need to google for a solution on how to get Windows Update working for your particular version.


Once your system patch level is up-to-date, then you should try installing Honorbuddy. You should be using the Honorbuddy 'installer', not the zip file to install Honorbuddy. The installer will fetch and install any needed dependencies. Please do not use the BuddyWizard—it is outdated. You can find the installer here:
