Error while trying to quest....i posted the log....plz help!

I copy that file into search and i cant find anything....i also tried googling it and no luck. Could someone post a link to the actual file i need to download, or can someone better explain what i need to download. Thank you

ok so i found that ustaxi file and i moved it into my quest behavior file and now i am getting a different error....here is the log
