Error While Opening Bot

Demonbuddy dependency installer was used

so:

dotNetFx40_Full_setup and vcredist_x86 is installed freshly everything old/else deinstalled and rebootet error always looks like this:

saw serveral other peaople with this error on the forums bot no real solution yet.
