Error while initializing memory AND Session with specified sid does not exist in Euro

Hello!

Yesterday DB on my PCworked fine.
Today I get these errors from DB after logging into BestLatency:

2016-07-25 08:54:43,867 [1] ERROR ZetaDia (null) - Error while initializing memory
System.Exception: Could not successfully set up_synchronization_events!

And

2016-07-25 08:55:09,613 [11] INFO  MainWindow (null) - Session with specified sid does not exist in Europe region.

I made a fresh installation (extracting the DB zip AND used the installer).
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" is installed
.NET -Framework 4 either.

The error still exists.

any antivirus enabled?

Sorry for the late response - antivirus is now deactivated (Avira). None of the programs is installed.
Deinstalling AV is not possible.
DB does not work at all.

If you tell me that AV is the cause then I will do some more searching.
But then no more work from your site is needed.

deactivate your antivirus just for 5 mins and check if it works

Well, I deactivated AV (Avira) completely (diabled realtime scanner, firewall, web protection, email protection) and set Avira into game mode. Error still exists.
I also excluded *.exe in the DB directory from being scanned.
