error when trying to start hb

okay so the error im getting is right when i try to start hb and it says i cans end the arror report or dont send the error says could not load file or assembly 'system.core. version=3.5.0.0. culture=neutral. publickeytoken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its deoendencies. the system cannot find the file specified.
please tell bossland GmbH bout this problem

what can i do to fix this issue and get my hb back up and running?
